WHAT IS THIS?
"Snap's Mod" is an Amalga-mod - a compilation of many smaller and larger mods found off of ModWorkshop, as well as my own touches.
Primarily, it is focused on overhauling the police system without messing with everything else, like the rest do. Rather than restricting enemies to a particular difficulty, Snap's Mod utilizes different units as the heist progresses. When the action starts, you'll initially see normal cops and SWAT. Later on, more formidable elites will join in. This will be the same across all difficulties (except Death Sentence, since cop damage is broken here.)
In addition, Snap's Mod adds a plethora of new spawngroups with tons of tactic variation. It reintroduces unused units such as shotgunners and Hostage Rescue into the mix, as well as more specific enemies such as Winters' shields, medicdozers and ground snipers.
If that wasn't enough, map specific enemies (such as the FBI agents on Hoxton Breakout D2, or security guards on Bank Heists) will appear naturally during the mission. (NOTE: due to crashing on certain heists, this forces American cops on Murkywater/Mexico heists. This can be disabled but you won't see these extra spawns.)
Other features...
Special cap has been raised significantly. Can be changed in the settings. Includes a "less shields" option if you're going for it. Only choose one, do not use both at the same time.
Assault spawn limit and durations have been tweaked. No more impossible spawn pool. If you're good enough, it is now possible to wipe out all cops... just expect the next assault to come in harder.
Specials can now take bags and free hostages.
Tweaked area defense. You'll see cops hanging around all sorts of sections on the map.
Other changes to the AI - ambushing, blockading, hostage rescue, and more.

Snap's Mod is HIGHLY customizable (each spawngroup can be disabled). Check the mod's settings.
Yes, this can be used in public lobbies.
If you have crashes after an update, one potential fix is to disable "charactertweakdata changes" in the mod settings.
THIS MOD COMES WITH "LIES"!!! (Little Intelligence EnhancementS) AND RESPONSIVE RESPONDERS
In LIES' mod options, ensure the "spawngroup tweaks" option is set to vanilla. This will allow the spawngroups in Snap's Mod to work properly. All the other options are your choice.

Extract "SnapsMod", "Responsive Responders", and "LIES MWS" to the mods folder.

This is a fork of TdlQ's "Keep It Clean!". If someone kills civilians, it makes cops more likely to target them, and makes Winters much more aggressive with his assaults.

This is a fork of "Better Bots" by several authors, without the cheat-y godlike-terminator aspects. It simply makes teammate bots/converts sprint, as they logically should. No longer will they be nonchalantly jogging as you bleed out on the floor.
